Janet has been a dog person since she could pronounce “Lassie.” As a former vet tech and lifelong trainer, she has spent decades developing a positive reinforcement, thinking-dog training program that helps dogs thrive in human families while honoring their natural instincts.
She specializes in puppy raising, adult dog classes, private training, board and train services, and caring for dogs who need extra patience, structure, or support. Janet has rescued, fostered, trained, and re-homed dogs, and she has trained dogs for therapy and service work.
Her goal is simple: help dogs feel safe, confident, mentally engaged, and loved while giving owners the tools and peace of mind they need.

Additional notes:
Extended care fees may apply depending on pickup time. Boarding requires a $75 non-refundable deposit. A $5 per day holiday surcharge applies to major holidays. Cancellation and refund policies apply as outlined in agreements.
Kelley’s K-9 Camp is located on 20 beautiful acres of apple orchard in Tieton, Washington. This peaceful setting gives visiting dogs space to enjoy long sniff walks, outdoor play, and calm enrichment away from busy city stress.
